Custom Design Process:
1) Fill out our contact form to express your interest in a quote.
2) We will email you back and ask a few more questions to better understand the type of design you are looking for. Once we have a better idea of what you are looking for and how many of each you need we will send you a quote.
3) Before I begin any design work I ask for a 25% deposit, the reason I ask for a deposit is because it takes over 8 hours to create just one design, and unfortunately I've had people in the past that never got back to me after I had spent multiple hours on a few designs for them. Just remember, I won't stop designing until you say they are perfect!
4) We will have you send us all your wording for your invitation pieces {Don’t stress! I'm here to help}. At this time we will also have you send us screen shots of different designs that you like, colors, fonts etc.
5) Once we've received all the information and gotten to know you and your event, it's time for those creativity juices to flow on our end. We will work one on one with you to perfect your one-of-a-kind uniquely you design. We will send over a PDF with at least 3 options of the main invitation for you to review. If you don’t love any of them please let us know we want you to be in love with your design! Once the design is chosen we will create accompanying pieces for you to review.
6) Once we've finished designing we will send over a PDF proof for you to look over carefully for any errors or changes in wording/spelling and let us know when it's all ready to be sent to the printer by signing it and returning it to us {you can just snap a photo and send it over to us}. At this time we will also send you another invoice for 25% for the printing deposit. Printing typically takes 10-14 days.
7) Once the printing of your stationery is complete I will send you pictures of your stationery to show you the final product and send you the invoice for the remaining 50%.
8) Once I receive your final payment I will immediately carefully package and ship your stationery out to you that business day! Shipping usually takes 3-5 days.
*Policy:
Sales tax: We charge 8.25% sales tax only on orders shipped to a Texas address. If you’re an international customer, you will be responsible for all import duties and taxes.
Returns: We are committed to your happiness. If something isn’t right, we will do everything possible to make it right. If I make an error I will do all I can to quickly remedy the situation by reprint, refund or credit towards a future design.
Refunds & Cancelations: Orders cancelled after final proof approval will be billed in full. Deposits are for design services and cannot be refunded for any reason. Upon approval and final invoice payment orders can no longer be canceled for any reason. I am not responsible for costs associated with re-printing and shipping due to errors approved by the client.
